Digital Conversion
Do you have old VHS tapes of your childhood or your kids’ childhoods? When did you last watch them? Or have you already converted them to DVD? But even then, do you have a DVD player?
Let me convert your old videos to digital so that you can incorporate them into your digital photo library and actually watch them!
Process
The process for digital conversion with Three Cedar Digital is the same as the scanning process. Simply fill out this form and agreement and I will be in touch with either shipping and packing information or to schedule a meet up time if you are local to Huntsville, AL. No deposit is required! It takes a few weeks for me to convert everything (the length of time depends on the size of the project). Once it is complete you will receive an invoice for the project. Your videos will be delivered on a flash drive and the originals returned to you if desired. Additional flash drives are available for an additional fee.
Organization
An advantage of choosing a smaller, local company for your digital conversion is that I will replicate any labels or organization that you have with your new digital videos. If you accidentally send in a video that cannot be converted due to copyright laws (like an old recording of a TV show), I will let you know and not charge you for that video.
An additional service that we can talk about is also if you would like any work done on your videos. I can split the new videos into separate files if that works better for your organization process or how you want to use your videos. Simply reach out if that is something you would like.
Types of Media
At this time Three Cedar Digital is only able to process VHS and DVDs in house, but we can still help with other video formats. Contact us for more information if you have other formats you would like to convert to digital.

Prints 8x10 or smaller: $.59 each
Slides or negatives: $.79 each
Oversized items, scrapbook pages, fragile items: $.99 each
DVDs/CDs: $5 each
VHS tapes: $25 each
